Tivoli is a historic apartment community that was originally built in 1912. Where these units lack space, they make up for in historic charm! Each apartment at Tivoli features hardwood floors, a gas stove, and a refrigerator. There is a laundry facility on the bottom level of the building. The apartments are a short 3-minute walk to the UAB Campus and are a short drive to Green Springs Ave, UAB Hospital, Downtown Birmingham, and 5 Points. New residents must set up their electric accounts with Alabama Power and natural gas accounts with Spire Gas.
