Property
The area was nice and the building was certainly in good condition. The staff was very friendly and prepared for my visit. Unfortunately, the room was smaller than it looked online, and the elevators were so small that I'm not sure I could get any furniture up to the room (even the freight elevator). The room was also a little too noisy for my taste; I could hear lots of cars going by (as to be expected for a place downtown), and the landlord pointed out that we could hear another resident singing in another room during our tour. Overall, I'd recommend to someone looking for a nice place downtown, but it's not for me.
