Check-in time is 4pm or after, and check-out time is 10am. Guests exceeding the maximum occupancy of the booking will be immediately evicted without refund. A $500 smoke damage cleaning fee will be charged if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered. Pets are not allowed at this property. No events are permitted. Guests must remove shoes when inside the home. Due to the tropical climate, you may encounter tropical insects, amphibians, and other wildlife. Swimming in the bay is at your own risk.
