The condo is on the third floor and has a view of Cook Inlet from the living room windows. Wood burning fireplace in the living room to keep cozy through the long Alaskan winters. Designated parking space in a heated shared parking garage; No need to scrape ice and snow off of your windshield. Unit is furnished. Owner will pay for utilities up to $100 total for gas and electric. After that it is the renter's responsibility. No smoking allowed of any kind in the unit. No marijuana, no cigarettes, no vaping. Owner pays for internet/WiFi. No cable TV subscription: if renter would like cable TV this can be added at their own expense. Zillow does not have the option for a 3 month rental so I had to choose 1 month but this is a 3 month minimum rental. Preference will be given to guests that would like a minimum 6 month rental
