Weston Flats

This is Hyde Park's crown jewel. Constructed in 1872 before the Square existed - now two blocks away - it was built by John Henry Weston, the "lightening rod man" as a single-family home, then converted to flats in 1917. Given its unique craftsman architecture earned this building a place on the National Register of Historic Places.
