The buyer does not pay Zillow for services the agent provides. Discussions about commissions are between the agent and their clients.

Buyers may be connected with an agent who pays Zillow either an advertising fee up front or a referral fee at closing.

There is no obligation between the Buyer and Zillow to work with an agent. If you're not happy with the first agent you connect with, we can reconnect you with another agent partner. Just like commissions, exclusivity is negotiable between Buyer and the agent partner.
