Building a comprehensive benefit program for you and your family is important to Zillow. Supplemental private medical plus OPD coverages will be added later this summer. Once Zillow meets headcount requirements, you will be provided with Group Term Life, Accident and Disability Insurance that offer a lump-sum benefit in the event of death due to natural or accidental causes while in service.
Take time for yourself with accrued paid time off. At Zillow you receive 18 days of earned/privilege leave. You also have 12 days of casual leave that can also be used for sick or wellness time needed.
We offer 12 paid holidays (10 company-designated plus 2 floating holidays).
You will be entitled to participate in the employee Provident Fund Scheme, and Zillow will provide an employer match equal to 12% of full basic salary.
With a minimum of four years and 240 days of service, you will receive a payment equivalent of 15 days basic salary for every year of completed service, subject to applicable taxes.
Zillow offers a monthly meal allowance benefit of INR 2,200 deposited into your paycheck.
You will receive a one-time payment of INR 40,000 stipend at sign-on (fully taxable) to cover work-from-home setup expenses and to help offset the impact of taxes that may be incurred from the receipt of this payment.
You'll receive a monthly allowance (fully taxable) of $4,200 INR for work-from-home expenses to cover internet, and phone expenses.
Zillow’s 9 Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are the largest connection point for employees with close to half the company members of at least one. By becoming a member of an ERG, you will have the opportunity to connect with other members of the ERGs, explore career development opportunities, build community, and contribute to Zillow’s culture.
