About Zillow Mexico
Our Zillow Mexico team will work with our U.S. tech teams to solve engineering problems and build solutions that make it easier for people to move. This core team will be able to work in modern, cloud based tech stacks, such as ES6, React, Javascript, and GraphQL to power our web and mobile web applications; and Python, Java, NodeJS, and Go for APIs and services. Come build the future with us and expect to work with top tools and technologies.

- Health care
Benefits include comprehensive major and minor medical, dental, vision and life insurance, funeral assistance and mental health & wellbeing benefits. These benefits are of no cost for you and your eligible dependents.
- Work-from-home monthly allowance
You'll receive a monthly allowance of $1,250 MXN for work-from-home expenses to cover electricity, internet, and cell phone expenses.
- Savings fund (Fondo de ahorro)
Zillow offers a Savings Fund (Fondo de Ahorro) to support your financial wellbeing. This benefit is intended to help you build short-term savings with the support of employer-matched contributions and potential investment earnings distributed at year’s end.
- Pantry vouchers
Zillow offers a Pantry Voucher benefit administered through Pluxee. Employees receive a $1500 MXN (not taxed) deposit monthly via a Pluxee provided card.
- Parental leave
We have adapted a parental leave that is one of a kind for Mexico. For non delivering parents, we will provide 12 weeks 100% paid baby bonding leave that can be taken all at once or in full week laps within the first year. For delivering parents we are adding an additional 12 weeks to the 8 paid legal weeks provided by law.
- Vacation
Vacation will be provided after one year of service and will increase each anniversary. A 25% premium will be paid to accrued vacation days on your work anniversary. The amount of vacation will be determined based on the following schedule:
- 1 year of completed service - 15 vacation days
- 2 years of completed service - 17 vacation days
- 3 years of completed service - 18 vacation days
- 4 years of completed service - 19 vacation days
- 5 years of completed service - 20 vacation days
- 6 years of completed service - 22 vacation days
- 7-15 years of completed service - 25 vacation days
- 16-20 years of completed service - 26 vacation days
- 21-25 years of completed service - 28 vacation days
- Floating days
Upon hire, you will be granted three weeks (15 days) of time off available to use as floating days off. Upon your anniversary, this time will no longer be available and will not continue after the one year anniversary.
- Holiday
We offer 13 paid holidays
- Aguinaldo
We offer a Christmas bonus valued at 30 days' base pay which will be paid on or prior to December 20th.
