William Graziani, Sr. started building in 1965 after immigrating from Italy. His son William Graziani, Jr. worked for his father throughout high school until he left to attend Case Western Reserve University. Upon graduation, he returned to start Graziani Homes, to continue the family’s tradition of custom design and quality building. A few years after graduating from Washington & Jefferson College and becoming a real estate agent, William Jr.’s son Joseph also joined his father at the family business. The goal of Graziani Homes is to offer a customized approach from start to finish. Big box and semi-custom builders present you with a few plans to choose from and expect you to adapt your lifestyle to their layout. We can amend one of our many floorplans or build a plan provided by the customer. We also can make changes before or during the construction to accommodate the customer’s specific news. We will even customize the size of the lot. Graziani Homes has been working in the Alto Piano community, adjacent to Southpointe, since the early 1990’s. By letting homeowners choose everything in the design of the homes, the development has grown organically into a thriving neighborhood comprised of residents of all ages and backgrounds.
