Alan was born and raised in Fort Morgan, CO. He graduated from the Colorado School of Mines with a BSc. in Civil Engineering and has been a registered Professional Engineer with the State of Colorado since 2010. Alan has had his hand in construction in Northern Colorado for the past 26 years and has gained a vast knowledge of construction types and practices. His history of successful projects both large and small are a reflection of his hard work and ability to find solutions to construction challenges. Alan is married and has 5 children and in his limited spare time enjoys watching and coaching his kids in youth sports. Alan is excited to be back in his hometown to bring a development that Fort Morgan can be proud of. As a fourth-generation Colorado rancher and farmer, Rob Graves and his family have deep roots in Colorado and are passionate to keep it a wonderful place to live. After farming in Fort Morgan for decades while simultaneously operating, expanding and constructing their families’ dairy operations, Rob is excited to be focused on building quality neighborhoods in rural communities with GO Homes. Being a father, and now grandfather, Rob has seen small, yet prosperous communities not have homes for their kids to grow or come back into. Crafting and building homes that create a friendly and welcoming community will allow Rob and his family to continue to enjoy small town charms, as well as other families. Through his comprehensive engineering and business experience, Rob values thoughtful planning, quality construction, and transparency that will emulate throughout Go Homes.
