    As a first-time homeowner, my experience with LGI Homes has been nothing short of stellar. From the moment I closed on my new construction home, everything has been great. Moving in has been an amazing experience, and while there have been a couple of minor inconveniences, like the unfinished backyard and mail setup, I actually see these as opportunities to customize my home even more to my liking. It’s exciting to be the first to move into this development and to watch how the entire community comes together, especially with the addition of four other builders. The final project will undoubtedly be breathtaking, with new homes, schools, and businesses transforming the area. The reconstruction of Highway 288 is another huge bonus—it will make commuting easier and likely boost property values as more companies come to support the growing neighborhood. I’m delighted with my decision to go with LGI Homes and live in this area, which is so close to Houston. I couldn’t be happier!
