With roots stretching back four generations, the Harding family has been an integral part of shaping Idaho's landscape. My great-grandfather first came to Salmon River area in the 1880s as an original homesteader before Idaho achieved statehood. The ranch he established remains in our family to this day! My grandfather carried on this legacy by joining Union Pacific’s efforts to develop the United States' first ski resort, Sun Valley. In 1936, he partnered with the Sun Valley Corporation to help build the iconic Sun Valley Lodge and the historic Roundhouse. For over 30 years, our team at Harding Homes has proudly continued this tradition right here in the Treasure Valley, creating homes that reflect the unique spirit of our community.
