Cottages at Raven by Cape Residential

Cottages at Raven is a new community of just eight detached cottage homes in established north Durham, starting in the mid $200s. You can choose a 2-bedroom Haymount or a 3-bedroom Kenmore with a main-level primary suite. Every home has its own private backyard, covered front porch and rear patio, and there's no HOA. It's about 4 miles to downtown Durham and 6 miles to Duke, with easy access to RTP and RDU. First move-ins are expected this winter. Reach out early to pick your interior and exterior selections and to ask about our early bird incentives!
