After 1 month residing in a veridian home , we are very happy with our home.

Veridian homes did a great job in answering all questions I had in a timely manner. The home is great, quality is amazing and I would recommend it to pretty much anybody. Being the first home I purchased I didn’t know what I really wanted, so we bought a home already built, and they hit the nail on the head and put features in it that I wouldn’t have thought of. Definitely a great company to work with.

We bought a new home through Veridian on the west side of Madison and had a great experience. Preston, our personal builder, was knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. He explained everything clearly and was always available when questions came up. Joe, our customer care rep was a machine. The guy replied the instant you email him. He genuinely cares and it shows. Scott, the listing agent, was also amazing. He made sure we got what we needed when we needed it. He helped resolve some flood mapping issues that came up. Scott made everything easier. Veridian is lucky to have this team. They went above and beyond, and we’re truly grateful for the experience.
