Crown Reserve by Monogram Homes

Welcome to Crown Reserve, a new Monogram Homes community now selling on the open Post Falls prairie in North Idaho. Just 19 homesites wrap around a community park, creating a close-knit neighborhood built around a place to gather, play and unwind. The planned park is the heart of Crown Reserve, with a basketball court, playground, bocce court, gazebo and walking paths right outside your door. Choose from a collection of new construction floor plans ranging from 1,280 to 2,260 sq ft, with 3 to 4 bedrooms and options with a den or study. Garage options fit the way North Idaho lives, from standard 2-car garages to 3-car and RV garage options on select plans, with room for trucks, trailers, boats and toys. Every Monogram home at Crown Reserve comes thoughtfully finished, with everything you'll love already included: 9-foot ceilings, luxury vinyl plank flooring in the main living areas, granite or quartz counters in the kitchen and baths, LG stainless appliances, 42" soft-close cabinets and knotty alder trim. Stay comfortable year-round with gas heat, a 95% efficient furnace, central A/C, a Nest thermostat and a tankless water heater. Outside, enjoy a covered rear patio with a gas line for grilling, exterior stone accents, a 30-year roof, and full front and back yard landscaping with sprinklers and white vinyl fencing with a side gate. Crown Reserve puts you minutes from riverfront Post Falls, about 15 minutes from Coeur d'Alene, and a short drive to Spokane and its airport, so you get room to breathe with easy access to everything North Idaho offers. Pick a plan, pick your homesite, and Monogram Homes handles the rest. The Kensington model is now building. Call to schedule a private tour of the neighborhood and available homesites. Base prices start at $559,999. Prices, plans and park amenities are subject to change.
