A return to Davidson! Saussy Burbank will be exclusively building a 34-unit development off of Davidson Gateway Dr. in the heart of Davidson, NC. Walk to Harris Teeter at Davidson Commons, or stroll on over to popular Milkbread for your morning coffee and donut. A short car ride gets you to nearby Lake Norman, Lake Davidson, Roosevelt Wilson Park, Lake Norman YMCA, and Main Street (home to Kindred, Brickhouse Tavern and Davidson Soda Shop, as well as the nationally-ranked Davidson College). Income requirements and processing of applicants is handled by the Town of Davidson affordable housing coordinator. Three units will be designated as affordable at 100% area median income (AMI) and one will be available for qualifiers at 120% AMI.
