The overall experience was okay. There were still many things wrong with the house when we moved in. I know that this house is not the most expensive, but it has poor construction materials. We were not warned about other things, like not being able to do stuff on the paint for a month. Then when submitting for repairs under warranty many things have just been pushed to the 11 month mark, without input or discussion with the home buyer. It is very frustrating.

The one thing that sticks out in my mind is how quickly a person is greeted as soon as you come into the sales office. When signing for our home, we only had to do all paperwork in the sales office. That really makes life for new homeowners so relaxed. The whole time my wife and I spend in the sales office was about 5 hours total. There was homework we needed to do for all the right groups of people. That was about 2 hours total. I know there is more I could say about the overall experience, but I will let others tell you how things went for them too.
