The building process with Veridian was organized, straightforward and fast. There were plenty of touchpoints along the way to ensure that things were on track and correct, and we were very satisfied with the level of customization and the choices in the Design Center.

Our whole new home buying process was superlative with Veridian. We worked with Veronica (new home specialist) and Dayton (personal builder). They were both excellent guides through the whole process, and very responsive with every question we had. This was the first time we built a new house from scratch, and they made the entire process very convenient - keeping us in line with all our deadlines, and trying to accommodate our choices while keeping things in budget. Angela, our designer, made our design selection process as streamlined as possible, considering how many things go in building a house. I would give a special shout out to Veronica since she made our moving in day extra special with her very thoughtful gift. Thanks again to our entire Veridian team!!

Our experience with Veridian is something that I would not wish upon anyone else. They are not clear about communications, the quality of the product is questionable, and the service around issues after moving in is slow and requires hyper vigilance around follow-ups and getting issues identified actually fixed. They are flexible with timing and meetings at the beginning, but then force you into their schedule and require you to miss work and other commitments so you can make their inflexible timelines. The design team was helpful and pleasant to work with, but everything else is basically subcontracted out to people who seem to not care and do poor work. Their landscape group (The Bruce Company) does terrible work, takes shortcuts, and does not take accountability for their actions. If you are thinking of building with Veridian, just don’t. Save yourself the headache and troubles.
