Most things acceptable. Huge problem with noise from upstairs neighbors. We hear EVERY footstep from the young couple and their toddler. They are just living their lives, but the lack of sufficient soundproofing is affecting the quality of our lives. A Stepping Stone Representative explained the construction was above required standards. That does not reduce the sounds we are subjected to.
