Our overall experience was amazing. We loved working with Rochelle, Danielle, and Walt. We greatly appreciated how well we were taken care of from start to finish. We also appreciated the military incentive. Nowadays most companies don’t value our veterans and we truly appreciate that you did. Rochelle is our favorite! So kind and so sweet and genuine. Loved the weekly calls! Some things that could have been better - following all our design selections, being able to go online to view the Middleton with the French country elevation (and customize it), and I’m a little bummed that our floors have not felt warm at all in our owners suite. I noticed that early on when touring and it was a nice selling point for us! We also haven’t been contacted yet about the 30 day follow up. It would also be so nice to let the homeowners pick out their fixtures and charge a premium to hang them up. We are having to change almost all of them due to not liking the selection choices.
