I only went out of curiosity to check out the community to see how far it was from where I was living previously because I needed to stay close to that area. I didn’t consider moving in that direction because I didn’t know the community even existed as there isn’t much out this way. So I really did not come to LGI with the intention of buying and I certainly didn’t want to spend this much on a home but Brittany was a super sales person. She showed me a couple of different models, took me back to the office, took some info from me and calculated a mortgage payment based on info I provided. I was almost in disbelief. Between the incentives that were offered and a good credit score, I was completely surprised that the mortgage payment was as doable as what was presented to me. I was sold right then and there. Everything else just fell into place nicely. For the most part the process was smooth, employees professional and responsive to questions/concerns, I’m happy with my home and have not had to resort to the “Buyer’s Remorse” pills provided to me earlier in the process. 🤣🤣
