Our roots run deep in the Atlanta real estate market. Our family has been building homes in Atlanta, Georgia for more than 80 years and over three generations, with each of our principals having more than 15 years of home building experience. Epic Development was created out of a desire for better home design. We wanted to build homes that fit the personality of the people living inside them. We choose interesting locations where people desire to live.
