Ashley is great. Always prompt and will even respond to questions I have on the weekends. As a first time home buyer, the process was thoroughly explained and I felt confident I was making the right choice. Darren is super friendly and always on top of things, noticing any issues and fixing them before I even have a chance to reach out - very observant. The house is great. Very happy.

We as long as other residents have not had the greatest experience. The selling experience was fine ofcourse because LGI wanted their money, however once you pay you are forgotten. When we moved in our dishwasher and stove didn't work so we used the warranty portal to submit the issue. They scheduled us two weeks out. I had to make a fuss to get someone out to fix it in a timely manner. The problems continued as we saw nail holes, door knobs were falling off, lights were falling out of the ceiling, and locks falling out of the doors. We moved in December 18, 2020 and are still waiting for these problems to be fixed. I receive calls saying someone is scheduled and no one shows up. Today was a different story and I received a call asking if someone came by to fix the door, however nobody told us anybody was coming so nobody was home, but they probably wouldn't have shown up anyway. Just another play in this waiting game. There are residents talking about going to a real estate lawyer because nothing is being done, and if it is being done, it still looks horrible. There is no way in my right mind that I could recommend LGI to anybody but instead warn them to stay away. If you for some reason want to correct these issues as they are out of a timely manner, my number is ###-###-####. Please come fix our house as well as everybody else's in Ghost Hollow Estates, and take a break from building more until there are qualified people in place. Thank you.
Response from the builderHi Kristen, we are disappointed to hear that your claims have not been handled in a timely manor. We are working through a backlog of warranty claims after having to pause warranty work for several months due to COVID-19, but we are surprised to hear that nobody has shown after you've been contacted about someone coming out. We have asked local management to follow up on the status of your claims and follow up with you.
