Bella Home Builders, Inc. is a true reflection of its founder and president, David DePaulo. As a third-generation builder, he recalls his grandfather designing and building projects throughout the Capital Region. These values—“do what’s right, be honest and fair”—are at the heart of every home we build. We are not a high-volume company. We focus on building each home to perfection at a competitive price and delivering a stress-free experience. Our Vice President and on-site manager, Tanner Duguid, is also a third-generation builder. Known for his meticulous attention to detail and “zero tolerance” approach, he leads a team of only the finest craftsmen in the field. Our quality has been consistently recognized through numerous awards in the Showcase of Homes and Parade of Homes, including the prestigious “Quality Workmanship Award,” “People’s Choice Award,” and “Realtor Choice Award.” Every home we build is treated as if it were our own. Our in-house designers and architects are available throughout the entire process to ensure each home is a true reflection of the client’s vision. Dave holds a B.S. from The College of Saint Rose and also owns DePaulo Insurance Agency, with offices in Scotia and Saratoga Springs. Several years ago, he returned full-time to his true passion—building custom homes. He is married with three children.
