BC Stone Homes is a Semi-Custom builder serving Georgia and Alabama. We’ve streamlined the process so that the experience is smooth and enjoyable for the customer, from the initial design phase all the way through completion of the home. BC Stone Homes also develops lots and builds inventory homes in select communities within the areas we serve. Lot sizes are typically one acre or larger, giving the customer plenty of space to enjoy their property. Current communities in which we are building include Rivers Edge in Franklin, GA, The Orchard in Pine Mountain, GA, Young Estates in Hamilton, GA, Cash Farms in Waverly, AL, Southern Pines in Opelika, AL, and Foxchase on Emerald Lake in Opelika, AL with 3 new communities coming soon! For those looking for even more privacy, we also have large homesites available that are not inside of a community. These lots are typically at least 2 acres or larger, and you can build any of our plans on these.
