Brian C. McNew first established Brim Builders, INC (also known as BRIM) in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania during the fall of 1989. BRIM began as a custom home building company whose vision was to give every customer quality, service, and value according to the customers’ expectations. With this mindset, BRIM rapidly grew and developed a prominent reputation known as a “great builder” in the tristate area.
