- Saul K.Verified Buyer
It's a soft "No". I have had experience with building 2 previous homes. Those have been good, collegial partnerships with the builder. A lot of good, honest give & take. With Eagle, there is essentially no partnership. The owners/builders keep a complete distance from the homeowner. They do not respond to specific questions about process or how they assume pricing or timelines--they leave it all to the people in design and the GC, who are not responsible. So I think the build of the house is good, but it could do, at this price point, with some degree of accommodation and adjustments to a moderately sophisticated buyer. There were none, and was an emphatic "No" even to discussions. This is not the way of the world at present. There were several positives of course. The Design Center personnel and GC were very professional.
