Overall response is good with lot of room for improvement with issues identified in the house.

Everything was great in the planning and execution. The slow part happened after we closed and needed a bunch of things fixed (punch list and warranty). Also uncelar if this was Eagle but it's been 2 months since we closed and we still don't have internet as the buildout of the fiber (with glofiber) was not coordinated with the home build at all.

Our experience with the design team was good but the rest of the experience has been poor. At close, Eagle did not honor the closing cost discounts that they clearly marketed and advertised as part of the sales process. They advertised that credit would be offered for using their lender and title company. We did not need a lender as we paid in cash, but we did use their title company, however they did not honor any credit with them. Closing was delayed because of the City, we were told, but we have no way of knowing if that was true. We closed virtually and were very surprised to see the state of the property after we closed. The steps have stains, painting touch ups had still not been done and the unit had not been cleaned. Internet was also not hooked up to the building. We closed on November 20th and we are still trying to get these items taken care of. This has been the worst post-close experience we have ever had.
