The touring, financing and closing were all great and I appreciated the service. That said, the service immediately following the closing, in particular, getting the punch list items taken care of has been bad. I closed 3 months ago, and it took a month for someone to come look at the identified issues, and then 2 on the before the even acted on it. To top it off, the person I was supposed to coordinate through, Randy, was a no-show to 3 planned appointments to address the issues, without even a notification call to let me k ow he couldn’t come.

need to work on warranty work responses. there is zero communication regarding warranty work; like you want the homeowner to forget about the work.
