    Initially, I believed Creative Homes delivered a great overall experience and quality build. Unfortunately, after moving in and living in the home, that impression has changed significantly due to numerous issues that should not be present in a new construction home. Since moving in, I have experienced widespread drywall cracking with screws visibly pushing through the walls, doors that do not close properly, cabinet doors that are misaligned, and closet doors that have already fallen off their brackets. In addition, I currently have a leak inside one of my walls that still has not been addressed. My yard was also severely damaged by the individual who plowed the driveway before I moved in, leaving the property torn up. The upstairs shower required repair shortly after move-in, and unfortunately that has been the only issue that has been fixed so far. I have raised these concerns and expected them to be addressed as part of the responsibility that comes with building a new home. At this point, I am still waiting for many of these issues to be resolved. I am hopeful Creative Homes will take responsibility for these concerns and work with me to properly correct the outstanding issues. I would much rather update this review with a positive outcome once these matters are resolved.
