      Oscar, the sales agent of Oaks was very kind, very helpful. He readily responds to our inquiries even in his days off. Very patient in dealing with set backs and made us feel secured and suooortef in our journey. The construction team Aliera and Steven went through the details of the house with us in the walk through and ensured that all the needed retouching and fixes were marked and worked on.
