Up to closing on the house I felt extremely confident in creative homes. When we walked through everyone was quick to put blue tape on everything before I could point anything out. Now I feel like that was a show to keep me from looking deeper. After closing we found that the dishwasher didn’t work, the fridge stopped working within the first week. It took over a month to get these issues fixed. While trying to get those issues fixed we found The bathroom vent fan in the master bathroom is only supported on one side and the other sides hang down past the sheet rock so the cover does not fit tight to the Sheetrock. There is a tear in one of the window screens, the sprinkler system is missing the plug so water just shoots out non stop after turning on the irrigation, and at least 1 sprinkler head is approx 18” into the neighbors yard and the driveway is already crumbling apart in spots from backing my boat up into the garage. I worry about turning in this survey with fear that I’ll just be ignored and labeled an unhappy customer.

I'm having problems with the Samsung Dishwasher, multiple visits still no resolution. I would have preferred an appliance allowance and picked out the ones I wanted instead of being forced to Samsung. I think I paid a little more for the Creative Home; however I'm happy because the quality is there.
