This is clearly a strategy that is working and made Bayway Homes worthy of the 2003, 2004 and 2008 Bay Area Builders Association "Builder of the Year" awards. Bayway Homes builds in Galveston and Harris counties, offering a diverse product line including entry level homes, move up homes, stilt homes and townhomes located in several subdivisions, each featuring a model home and on-site sales staff. Each subdivision's manager oversees his subdivision in a hands-on manner. Bayway Homes has undertaken a structure unique to home building. The company is organized in teams which handle all aspects of a project, from product lines, price point and standard features to community activities, project amenities and marketing efforts. Combined, the team managers and the owner represent more than 100 years in home building in the Houston area.
