Bayway Homes builds in Galveston and Harris counties, offering a diverse product line including entry level homes, move up homes, stilt homes and townhomes located in several subdivisions, each featuring a model home and on-site sales staff. Each subdivision's manager oversees his subdivision in a hands-on manner. Bayway Homes has undertaken a structure unique to home building. The company is organized in teams which handle all aspects of a project, from product lines, price point and standard features to community activities, project amenities and marketing efforts.
