    As of today, unfortunately I would not. We’ve had ongoing issues and unfortunately we’ve had to look for independent review just to get things addressed. We’ve had several issues with our roof and pending roof replacement. Something that was mentioned in inspection and contingent in the sale however 3 batches of roofing flew off for a poor solution to be proposed. Then independent review which is causing a change of course. Not one person affiliated with the builder stepped on the roof after the complaints to review the installation which is disappointing because that’s what we asked for time and time again. I would like to say our warranty rep Katy however has continued to give nothing but fantastic support. I felt like some things may have been a bit rushed trying to maintain deadline, even though technically we could have pushed selling our house to accommodate a better timeline. Last bit of feedback, have the walk thru be 4 hours minimum. These priorities have a lot to review and informally 1-2 hrs is not enough. I would say 4-8 to accommodate what is required that day.

    Our experience with the listing agent was not good, the house we purchased lacked promised features. Also, the driveway was not usable at the time of close as it had just been pouted on earlier.
