Buildable plan: The Kennedy, Quarry Ridge, Cottage Grove, WI 53527

The house appears to be of good quality. There are some issues with the new build that is to be expected. We will have our 60 warranty review next month and will see how that goes. Our biggest complaints were we were told we could build a 3 car garage and have a walk out basement on the lot. We ended up not getting these. I would encourage Eldon to do some more homework on lot width and slope before selling things they cannot deliver on. Finally, the driveway had to be angled due to a crosswalk, which makes backing out of the driveway difficult. I simple walk around before the build started should have noticed this, and there was room to shift the house on the lot several feet to the right, which would have prevented this issue from occurring later on in the build.

Our entire experience with Eldon Homes has been easy and enjoyable. Every person we worked with was helpful, responsive, and accommodating to our asks. We have been in our house for a few months now and are loving everything about it. Very thankful that we chose Eldon to help us build!
