Residence at the Bridges by Burkentine Builders

Residence at the Bridges is a new construction single family home community by Burkentine Homes in Abbottstown, PA, located in Berwick Township, Adams County, and served by the Conewago Valley School District. Located off Kinneman Road, this planned community of 34 homesites offers Craftsman style homes on lots of about one quarter acre, with select homesites backing to the Bridges Golf Club. Route 30 is a short drive away, with restaurants, shopping and entertainment close by. The featured home is The Parkton, a single story Craftsman rancher with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and approximately 1,700 square feet. The Parkton is built around one floor living, with bold cathedral ceilings, a wide open floor plan, a kitchen island and pantry, and a split bedroom layout that separates the primary suite from the secondary bedrooms. The primary suite adds more cathedral ceilings, a large walk in closet and an ensuite bath with dual vanities, a shower and a separate soaking tub. Additional features include main floor laundry, luxury vinyl plank and carpet flooring, an attached two car garage and a full unfinished basement for storage or future living space. Designed for first time buyers and anyone looking for more space, Residence at the Bridges pairs comfortable one level living with a peaceful golf course setting. Schedule your private showing today.
