The beginning of our experience was great; however, over the summer our Tuskes agent resigned, and it became more difficult working with the Director of Sales and Marketing. We often felt as though we were inconveniencing her when requesting appointments to see our new home outside of standard business hours. Lisette in the Design Studio was wonderful—very responsive and easy to work with. That said, we would have appreciated more guidance and suggestions on functional upgrades for our new home.
