- Cameron B.Verified Buyer
The closing process was a bit rushed and the final walk through was quite really fast. I understand this is a failure on my part for not forcing a slower walkthrough, but as it is I didn't even notice all of the beers cans crushed and thrown into the unwalkable places in the attic. Overall I had a good experience and initially I was very confident in the home's construction but as I'm living here I've found the beer cans, medium-sized holes in the walls above the kitchen cabinets and other smaller issues I didn't previously notice. Considering LGI homes have core values of Integrity and Ethical behavior, I expected to see those values in addition to the phenomenal experience and customer service during the buying process. However, the beer cans in the attic really don't scream Integrity or Ethical behavior, nor do the gaping holes in the walls above the kitchen cabinets.
