Stone Ridge by Arise Homes

Stone Ridge sits at 83rd Street and Cedar Niles, on some of the most naturally appealing ground in Lenexa. Rolling greenery, winding streets, and open space give the community a feel that's harder to find as you get closer to the metro. The community park is built for regular use, with a playground, pickleball courts, and walking trails. Beyond the neighborhood, K-7 is about a mile and a half east, which puts Lenexa City Center and its restaurants and events within a short drive, and downtown De Soto the same distance the other direction with a slower pace to it.
