      For the price we expected more. Ceiling fans in every room, blinds in all windows. The "landscaping" is a miserable disappointment. To have a successful lawn, we will have to put in a ridiculous amount of money and time. It is a shame that the developers didn't haul off the rocks so that the soil could be amended.

      Working with LGI was great. There was some information that was not correct that we figured out about the house after (warranty and HOA information) and multiple houses near us were sold to a rental company but overall was an easy house buying process!
