Led with integrity since 1976. In every project we take on, we strive to provide a quality-built home that would meet our expectations if it were our own. We don't believe in stripping a home down to the bare-bones minimum, getting customers to sign on a dotted line, and then charging them to upgrade to a liveable home. For example, we include patios or decks with our homes, while this is a premium option for other builders. We build residential homes in York and Lancaster County, including single-family homes, duplexes, and townhomes. We primarily develop our own communities, which allow us to maintain our rigorous standards of quality throughout the development. Our company has a long family history, with Raymond Horst and his son, Gerry Horst, starting the business in New Holland in 1976. Gerry became President of the Company in January, 1990 and his son, Kyle, joined the business in 2010.
