If you already own a vacant lot, our Build On Your Lot program gives you one team and a streamlined path from design through construction, with clear communication at every step. Unlike other builders, we design around you; our models are a starting point you can customize, not a rigid box you have to fit into. Led by James J. Cloud, a licensed general contractor and certified building inspector, every home is built and inspected to a higher standard by a builder who stays involved and communicates directly from design through move-in. The company continues a family legacy that began in 1972 with Dan Cloud Construction in Illinois. 50+ years later, that same standard now builds across Southwest Florida.
