The Manor Homes story is rooted in family and spans three generations of homebuilding. In 2003, Matt Seppala and his nephew Kevin Seppala joined forces on a 110-lot residential development. The success of that project helped launch what would become Manor Homes—a family-owned builder built around quality craftsmanship, attainable luxury, flexibility, and a hands-on approach. As Manor Homes grew, its partnership with HSR Capital, an established land development company, brought land development and homebuilding together under one vision. Today, HSR Manor Group combines that experience from the development of the land through the construction, sale, and support of each home.
