Mitchell Area Housing

Mitchell Area Housing Inc. (MAHI) is a non-profit housing organization whose purpose is to facilitate and assist families in securing good quality housing and to encourage home ownership by such persons in the surrounding area of Mitchell, SD. MAHI is also a non-profit developer & provider of SD Housing's Governor's Houses and is building out two of Mitchell's newest housing developments catering to affordable housing. We currently have over 60 lots available for purchase and currently building homes for sale to qualified buyers.
