    A unique diamond shaped, level lot close to the Port Ludlow turn-off on Beaver Valley Rd. No septic or well but there doesn't appear to be any wetlands in the area. Nicely treed parameter. Extremely good location for going and coming in all directions. Super close to Hwy 104, which is a great take-off point to the Hood Canal Bridge, heading to Sequim or back to Port Hadlock and Port Townsend with all the activities at your fingertips! Mini Market and gas close by as well. It is hard to find such a nice, clean property. Do come take a look, it just may work for you. No current address but the driveway is across the street from 1743 Beaver Valley Rd.
