Temporary Rental through July 1, 2026. We are thinking about renting our family camp on Pleasant Pond. Camp has private driveway and nice privacy on each side. There are year round houses nearby so not totally seculded. It has 3 season sun room, eat in kitchen/LR, full bath with laundry a good size bedroom and smaller bedroom. Approx 900 sq ft. All utilities would be included, spectrum available. Mostly furnished. Due to holding tank cannot have high number of occupants. Propane and electric heat/hw. Fully fuctioning kitchen. Well water, suitable for cooking/bathing, we bring own drinking water. Driveway is somewhat steep, awd/4x4 needed. Plowing will be included but tenants responsible for steps, walkway, deck.
