On the Border of Mexico, Riverfront, Current owner has been occupying land (On/Off) for a year, coining it Nameless Canyon. The canyon stretches from the river to the road, about 3/4 mile. Too much for one person... great for a couple or more. Great for Kayak/camping business, or retreat. 360 international mountain ranges, ancient salt pillars nearby (some in photos, others along border of property), swooping pink cliffs along river, plenty of beach room for Fishing and swimming, clean flowing water (even when they said it was gone!), Aoudad spotted nearby, you can see the marfa lights from the SE corner, the place is a true badass. Best access Chispa road follows the nameless canyon NE and SW (it is the only are that it diverts from the river) for about a mile. there is a hunters road that shoots off the west side of Chispa at the midpoint of the canyon. Follow it in as far as you can and then hike/4wheel/horseback the rest, always heading southwest toward the river. There is a nice Tanaha along way for thirst. Short rock walls guide you riverfront when near. Email is best contactsarahjane@gmail.com
