    Just trust me, the trip to the bottom is worth it for what Sugar Camp Creek has to offer when you get there. This 198 +/- acre tract is located in northern Cleburne County near the Prim community. It is accessed via timber company roads that lead to an old abandoned gas pad on the conveying property. While there is not currently an established road there is an additional easement that comes into the property from the North that could be developed if an additional access point were needed. This property is primarily surrounded by planted pine on the timber company lands meaning that all of the mast production from the hardwoods on this property suck the wildlife to it like a magnet. There were rubs found, deer jumped, a shed found, an even an early scrape on the 09/26 visit I made to this property. As it sits, you will need to be an individual that enjoys hiking or one that intends to build roads if not. It is a very manageble, but steep walk from the high point of the gas pad to the bottom where the creek runs. For the overall outdoor enthusiast looking for good deer/turkey hunting and hiking at less than $2,000/acre this one will be hard to beat.
