This is an estimated 420-acre tract of timberland lying East of Highway 79 between Haynesville and Homer, Louisiana. Access is by Krause Road and then turns into Oil/Gas well road. The main access road traverses the entire tract from the Southwest corner to the Northeast Corner. An estimated 240 acres are located in the Middle Fork Creek bottom that consists of 203 acres in an excellent stand of predominately Oak sawlog and pulpwood sign trees that were selectively thinned in 2016-2018. There are an estimated 37 acres that are frequently flooded. The remaining 180 acres in a predominantly pine sawlogs stand with scattered patches of pine pulpwood size trees. The pine areas are ready to be harvested. All minerals will not be sold.
